Common Questions
How do I book a court?
Open the PlayRez app or visit your club's booking page. Select a date, tap an available time slot, and confirm your details. That's it.
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to My Bookings, find the reservation you want to cancel, and tap Cancel. If the club has a refund policy, your refund is processed automatically.
How do I sign up for an event?
Go to the Events tab in your club, find the event you want to join, and tap Sign Up. For paid events, you'll be prompted to pay securely through Stripe.
How do I join a club?
In the app, tap your club name at the top and search for a new club by name. On the web, visit the club's booking page directly.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all data. You can also email us to request deletion.
I'm a club admin. How do I get started?
Visit playrez.com/pricing to create your club. Setup takes under 2 minutes. You'll get a branded booking page, event management, and payment processing.
Tournament Questions
How do I sign up for a tournament?
Open the tournament's signup link, fill in your details (and your partner's for doubles), and pay the entry fee if there is one. You'll get a confirmation email with the tournament page link.
Where do I find my schedule and results?
Everything lives on the public tournament page from your confirmation email — roster, schedule, live scores, and standings. The schedule appears once the organizer publishes it.
How do refunds and withdrawals work?
Entry fees are paid to the tournament organizer, and refunds are decided by them. Before the schedule is generated you can withdraw from the link in your confirmation email; after that, or for any refund request, contact the organizer directly — their email is in your confirmation.
What happens if a tournament is cancelled?
The organizer is responsible for refunding paid registrations. You'll receive a cancellation email, and refunds are returned to your original payment method.
I want to host a tournament. What does it cost?
Hosting is free with every feature included. If you charge entry fees, a flat $1 per paid signup is deducted from your payout — players never pay extra, and free tournaments cost nothing.
How do I get paid as a host?
Connect Stripe once in your host settings and entry fees are paid straight to your Stripe account. Payouts follow your Stripe payout schedule.
