2. Acceptance


This site is available to all users and subject to the following Conditions of Use and Contract (hereinafter CUC). When you create a profile, connect your wallet, create a transaction or use it in any other way, you accept these CUC, our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, as well as any other conditions that may be indicated.


3. Age and password


The user declares that he is of legal age and that he has the necessary legal capacity to be bound by this agreement and use this site in accordance with these CUC, that you fully understand and acknowledge.
The user declares that all the information provided to access this site, before and during its use, is true, complete and accurate.
R.E.Z. reserves the right to delete the account of those users whose age of majority cannot be credited.
The user will be responsible for protecting the password necessary for registration and identification. In that sense, it will assume any damages that may derive from its improper use or its transfer to third parties.


4. Service description


R.E.Z. is a descentralized finance company that offers users an alternative economyc system that operates over the Blockchain with Smart Contracts and offers one or many videogame or similar projects that work with the previously mentioned economyc system.


5. Intellectual property


The content and information on this website (among others, data, text, sound, image or code), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information is owned by R.E.Z. or is used in accordance with the relevant licenses.
The user agrees not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, show, represent, reproduce, publish, transfer, sell or resell any other any information, content, software or content on this site. As well as not to grant licenses or create derivative works thereof.
Any other use of the content of the site requires R.E.Z.'s prior written consent.


6. User content


Users can send us non-confidential content, such as their data, location, etc.
We can use user content in different ways, such as displaying it on the website, reformatting it, translating it into other languages, editing it to contribute clarity, correct grammatical errors, create derivative works from it, promote or distribute it. The user confirms and accepts that the shared content is not confidential.


7. Prohibited uses


The user agrees not to perform any of the following acts:

1) Use the website or its content for a commercial or illegitimate purpose.
2) Access, monitor or copy content or information from this website through the use of robots, trackers, data scrapers or any other automated means that allow access, track, index, retrieve or otherwise use the website or its content for any purpose without permission from R.E.Z..
3) Insert, mirror or otherwise incorporate a part of this website into another without R.E.Z.'s permission.
4) Attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software program that R.E.Z. uses in connection with the website.
5) Use the website to threaten, harass, defraud, incite, harass other people or defend the harassment of another person, or interfere in any other way with the use of the website by another user.
6) Use the website to send or transmit unwanted mail ("spam"), chain letters, "junk mail", pyramid systems or other mass messages.
7) Use the website to infringe the rights of third parties, which includes moral rights, privacy rights or any other intellectual or industrial property rights.
8) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website, computer systems or networks connected to the website through hacking, password extraction or any other means. As well as the transmission of computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojans or other elements of a destructive nature. for 9) Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the correct operation and security measures of the website.

8. Users


The use of R.E.Z. by people, non-profit entities or companies, attributes the condition of User and implies the acceptance of these CUC. In the same way, unregistered users will be differentiated from registered users.

8.1.- Registered user

To be a registered user, you must complete the registration process on the web.
Registered users can:

  • Buy and sell items on the marketplace
  • Access his garage and manage it
  • Craft new items
  • Access to whitelists and Pre-Sales
  • Access the Staking option
  • Download and play our videogame
  • Etc.

The user may close his account at any time, by contacting R.E.Z. at iskrendm@gmail.com or from his own profile.

8.2.- Unregistered user

Unregistered users will be able to:

  • Visit the website and its content
  • Make sporadic transactions
  • Share and disseminate the content of the web on social networks

Unregistered users will NOT be able to:

  • Buy and sell items on the marketplace
  • Access his garage and manage it
  • Craft new items
  • Access to whitelists and Pre-Sales
  • Access the Staking option
  • Download and play our videogame

9. Our commission


Of the entire amount on each transaction, R.E.Z. will keep a percentage of 5% as a service commission. This percentage may seem quite high, but it is not real, since we will use half (50%) of this commission as a play-to-earn reward. Therefore, our actual commission is 2.5%.


10. Liability exclusion


R.E.Z. is not responsible for possible damages or losses derived from the use of our services.
R.E.Z. is not involved in disputes between users or between users and third parties in relation to the use made of our services. It also does not monitor progress or the punctuality of the transactions, nor does it endorse the content that users publish.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no case will R.E.Z., its founders, employees, partners or suppliers be liable for damages of any kind resulting from:

  • Access and / or use of the services and the website
  • Loss of profits, loss of data or costs of acquisition or replacement of goods or services
  • The inability to access the platform
  • Any conduct or content of third parties on the website

You may be sent from this web page to other web sites through links. However, R.E.Z. does not control those sites or their content, which are in fact subject to their own terms and conditions. Therefore, R.E.Z. is not responsible for the quality, veracity or accuracy of those sites.


11. Claims and actions derived from the contract


This contract is governed by Spanish law.
In order to simplify the resolution of claims by civil means and reduce costs to the user, since it would not require lawyers and / or solicitors, the possibility of submitting to an Equity Arbitration of the Court of Arbitration of the Chambers of Trade and Industry.
In this sense, and in accordance with European Regulation No. 524/2013, R.E.Z. informs of the existence of a European platform for online dispute resolution that facilitates the out-of-court resolution of such disputes for contracts also concluded online between consumers and service providers from Internet. 12. Modifications and invalidity


We may update these Terms of Use and Contract in the future.
We will inform you of those changes by placing a notice prominently on our website..
If any clause included in these CUC is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only said provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective. The CUC will subsist in everything else, having such provision, or the part of it that is affected, by not placing it.
